Managing Your Account on Film-hook

If you have added Film-hook profiles and decide to delete your Film-hook account, you will also remove all profiles associated with your account. Learn how to manage your Film-hook account to delete profiles effectively. 

When you initiate the account deletion process: 

- You will not be able to regain access once your account is deleted. 

- We delay the deletion for a few days after your request. If you log back into your Film-hook account during this period, your deletion request will be cancelled. 

- Some information, like messaging history, is not stored in your account, meaning friends may not have access to messages sent after your account has been deleted. 

- Copies of certain materials (e.g., log records) may remain in our database but will be disassociated from personal identifiers. 

- If you use your Film-hook account to log in, deleting your Film-hook account will result in the loss of all your information, including app purchases and achievements. You will not be able to return any apps and will forfeit any existing store credits.

What happens if I permanently delete my Film-hook account? If you choose to go through the account deletion process, you won't be able to reactivate your account. Your profile, photos, posts, videos, and everything else you've added will be permanently deleted, and you won't be able to retrieve anything you've added. If you want to manage your Film-hook account with a new email ID and phone number, you may need to contact support to recover those accounts. Some information, such as messages you've sent to friends, may still be visible to them after you've deleted your account, as copies of messages are stored in your friends' inboxes. Additionally, if you use your Film-hook account to log in, deleting your Film-hook account will also erase your complete information. This includes your app purchases and achievements, meaning you will lose any existing store credits and will no longer be able to return any apps.
