· Attempts to normalize sexual contact with minors or appeal to inappropriate interests

· Sharing or promoting links, groups, websites, or online spaces containing child exploitation content

· Uploading or forwarding content that puts a minor in danger, even if presented as humor, art, or fiction

Filmhook enforces a zero-tolerance policy for such violations:

✅ Permanent ban of the user account and associated devices
✅ Preservation of evidence for legal investigation

Sexual exploitation of minors is a criminal offense. Filmhook Apps will take swift, decisive action to protect children and uphold the highest standards of child safety and legal compliance.

b. Any form of nudity, sexual imagery, or inappropriate portrayal of children – 

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any form of nudity, partial nudity, sexual imagery, or inappropriate depiction of children in all visual, written, audio, digital, or AI-generated content.
This applies to all minors and includes any representation that may sexualize, exploit, or place a child in an inappropriate or unsafe context.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Images or videos showing a minor without clothing or in minimal attire inappropriate for their age

· Sexualized or suggestive poses, gestures, or body language involving minors

· Depictions of minors in adult-themed roles, costumes, or scenarios

· AI-generated, deepfake, or digitally altered content portraying minors in nude or sexualized contexts

· Artistic, fictional, cartoon, or animated portrayals that sexualize children

· Any imagery that may be interpreted as grooming, exploitation, or objectification of minors

· Content implying or referencing sexual acts involving minors, even indirectly

Filmhook enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward such content:

✅ Permanent account suspension or ban
✅ Device/IP restrictions for repeated offenses
✅ Retention of evidence for investigation
✅ Mandatory reporting to child protection agencies and law enforcement

Nudity or sexual imagery involving children is illegal and strictly forbidden. Filmhook Apps will take immediate and decisive action to ensure the safety of minors and uphold child protection laws.

c. Attempts to groom or solicit minors in any manner

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any attempt to groom, solicit, or establish inappropriate contact with minors in any form—directly or indirectly.

2. Abuse, Endangerment, or Psychological Harm

a. Content showing physical, emotional, or verbal abuse towards children

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any content that depicts, encourages, glorifies, or trivializes physical, emotional, or verbal abuse toward children.
Any form of violence, mistreatment, or threatening behavior toward a minor is considered harmful, abusive, and unacceptable on our platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Videos or images showing children being hit, harmed, bullied, or subjected to violence

b. Depictions of dangerous acts involving minors

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any content that shows, encourages, glorifies, imitates, or involves minors participating in dangerous, harmful, or unsafe activities.
Any representation that could put a child at physical, emotional, or psychological risk is not allowed on the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· AI-generated or edited content portraying children in dangerous or life-threatening situations

c. Doxxing, stalking, or any attempt to track or locate a minor

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any form of doxxing, stalking, monitoring, or attempts to track, trace, or locate a minor—whether online or offline.
Any behaviour that compromises the privacy, security, or physical safety of a child is considered a severe violation of our Child Safety & Protection Policies.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Sharing or attempting to uncover a minor’s home address, school name, phone number, or real-time location

· Posting or spreading identifiable information that can be used to locate a child

· Tracking a minor’s movements, activities, or whereabouts using photos, videos, or metadata

· Encouraging others to follow, monitor, or contact a minor without consent

· Using Filmhook to find minors for in-person meetings, surveillance, or contact

· Threatening to reveal a minor’s private information (blackmail or intimidation)

· Collecting a child’s location data through deceptive means or manipulation

· Attempting to access or expose a minor’s personal accounts or online presence

· Using photos or posts to identify where a minor lives, studies, or spends time

Doxxing, stalking, or attempting to locate a minor—directly or indirectly—is dangerous, illegal, and strictly forbidden. Filmhook Apps is fully committed to safeguarding the privacy, security, and wellbeing of all minors on our platform.

4. Contact or Interaction Violations

a. Adults attempting to initiate inappropriate communication with minors

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any adult from initiating, attempting to initiate, or engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or exploitative communication with minors in any form.
This behavior is considered predatory, dangerous, and a direct violation of child protection laws and platform safety standards.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Sending sexual, romantic, suggestive, or flirtatious messages to minors

· Initiating conversations that contain adult themes, explicit language, or inappropriate content

b. Coercive or manipulative behaviour targeting underage users

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits any form of coercive, manipulative, deceptive, or exploitative behavior targeting underage users.
Any attempt to influence, pressure, deceive, or emotionally manipulate a minor—whether for personal gain, exploitative intent, or harmful purposes—is considered a serious violation of our Child Safety Standards and global child protection laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

· Convincing minors to share personal information, photos, or private details

· Using threats, intimidation, or fear to force a minor to comply

· Exploiting a child’s lack of experience, vulnerability, or trust

· Manipulating minors into joining unsafe meetings, video calls, or private chats

· Using professional opportunities (auditions, roles, modeling, or creative offers) as a tactic to manipulate minors

5. Misrepresentation of Age

a. Creating accounts with false age information

Filmhook Apps strictly prohibits users from creating accounts using false, misleading, or inaccurate age information.
Providing an incorrect age—whether to appear older or younger—seriously compromises platform safety and violates our Child Safety Standards, Terms of Service, and global age-compliance regulations.

· Using fraudulent ID documents, altered images, or manipulated information during verification

· Creating multiple accounts with different ages to avoid detection

· Encouraging others (including minors) to lie about their age to use certain features

· Attempting to deceive the platform’s safety systems or age verification tools

✅ Removal of related content and activities
✅ Mandatory age verification requests when suspicious behavior is detected

b. Attempting to access features restricted to adults by providing misleading data
